Real AI Agents / Privacy
Privacy
Last updated:
This notice describes the Real AI Agents news reader, the Compare AI Agents directory and sponsorship-interest form, the Fix AI Agents guide hub, and their shared policy pages. It does not describe the hosting platform’s own services or the independent websites linked from articles.
What the news reader does
The news reader serves a fixed set of articles and runs search, filters and reading controls in your browser. The news-reading section has no newsletter sign-up, comments, contact form, payment flow or separate reader account. The separate Compare sponsorship-interest form is described below. Its application code does not send your searches or reading preferences to a news-reader database, and it does not include an analytics, advertising or tracking-pixel integration.
Preferences stored in your browser
The site uses browser local storage to remember four preferences: light or dark theme, List or Cards layout, article text size, and news sort order. These settings are used to restore your preferred view on later visits in that browser. They are not an account profile and are not synchronized by this application across devices.
Preferences stay until you change them, clear the site's stored data or the browser removes them. You can clear them through your browser's site-data controls. Clearing site data resets these local preferences and may affect cookies used by the hosting platform. If storage is unavailable, the controls still work for the current visit, but choices may not be remembered.
Search, filters and shareable links
Selected agents, topics, article type, search text and article identifiers can appear in the page URL. As a result, they may be saved in browser history, included in a link you share, or sent to the hosting platform when that URL is opened or reloaded. Avoid putting sensitive information into the search field.
The Copy article link button writes the current URL to your clipboard only when you select it. Review that URL before sharing it, particularly if it includes a search or filter. A copied link does not change the site's access permissions.
Compare and Fix tools
The comparison directory and guide hub run their search, filters, comparison selections and exports in your browser. They use local storage for display preferences; their shareable URLs can include selected views and guide identifiers. Copy controls write to your clipboard only when selected, and exports download a file to your device.
Sponsorship-interest submissions
If you submit the form in Compare AI Agents, this site saves your name, email, optional company, website and message, your consent version, a submission reference and submission time in a separate site database. These details are used to review and respond to your sponsorship interest. Submission does not buy a placement, create a payment or send an automated email.
The intake uses a daily hash of the hosting-provided network address for short-window abuse checks, plus a payload hash to prevent duplicate submissions. It does not store the raw network address in the application database. Submitted records are not available through a public listing or read endpoint. No automatic deletion period is configured in this version. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the form.
Hosting and access
This is a public site hosted through OpenAI’s Sites service. Reading the news does not require a separate reader account. The hosting platform manages any platform-level account and access features separately from the news-reader code. Serving pages and securing access involves the platform receiving requests; its practices may include technical logs, authentication cookies and account information. Those practices and retention periods are governed by the platform's policies, not by this application's local preference settings.
For the platform's handling of information and available controls, see OpenAI's Privacy Policy, including the regional version applicable to you. This notice does not claim that hosting is log-free or that the site's access settings eliminate every privacy risk.
Cookies and external sources
The news-reader code uses local storage rather than setting its own cookies. This does not mean the hosting and authentication platform is cookie-free. Article source links take you to other websites, whose own privacy notices and controls apply. The reader does not embed those source pages or automatically submit information to them.
Scope and updates
This description reflects the features checked on the date above. If data collection, forms, analytics or other integrations are added, this notice should be updated to describe them. Questions or requests concerning an OpenAI account or platform-held data should use the official privacy channels linked in OpenAI's policy.
